From the mind of designer Masafumi Watanabe, Bedwin and the Heartbreakers is one of those rare breeds of menswear lines that manage to be totally unique and yet wholly wearable for just about any guy out there (read: absence of a dropped crotch). The line is chock full of references to Americana, which makes sense considering B&H has previously collaborated with seemingly every big US presence: Converse, Doc Martens, The North Face and now, Dickies (taking form in a slim cropped chino).
The standout outerwear pieces, in particular the two-tone chambray puffer vest and electric blue wool and leather varsity jacket, make a solid case for reinterpretation over reissue. And while this stuff won't likely break any of my vital organs, it may severely impair my credit line.
