Calcatul camasii – ordinea corecta

1. Spatele camasii (pe interior);

2. Pieptul (dreapta – stanga sau stanga-dreapta, dupa gust, tot pe interior, cu glisarile de rigoare in zona nasturilor);

3. Manecile (cu dunga sau fara, dupa gust);

4. Mansetele (pe interior, pe “rotund”);

5. Gulerul (intors pe verso si punctand usor colturile sale, prin paturirea materialului).

Evident, exista si alte pareri, ce implica alte si alte proceduri. Eu asa imi calc toate camasile si nu prea dau gres de ani buni. Dar sunt deschis oricand la sugestii. Daca ti se pare greu, recomand menajera priceputa care nu arde camasi.

*P.S.: Recomand calcarea pe dos a camasilor pentru prelungirea perioadei de viata a acestora.

Facebook dauneaza grav sanatatii. Verdictul dureros dat de medici

Noile studii ale cercetatorilor pun intr-o lumina nefavorabila reteaua de socializare

Reteaua de socializare Facebook da dependenta in special in randul persoanelor mai putin educate, arata un studiu realizat la Universitatea din Goteborg. Cercetarea suedezilor mai arata ca oamenii care folosesc mult reteaua de socializare sunt mai putin fericiti in legatura cu viata lor.

Studiul arata ca 70% din utilizatori deschid Facebook imediat dupa ce isi pornesc calculatorul, comportament care e foarte apropiat de ceea ce specialistii numesc dependenta. Persoanele cu venituri mici sau mai putin educate sunt, in mod special, in grupul de risc.

85% din utilizatorii retelei spun ca intra pe Facebook.com in fiecare zi, iar jumatate dintre ei deschid pagina in momentul in care pornesc browser-ul.

Tot jumatate dintre utilizatori simt ca nu sunt "in control" daca nu se logeaza la site si 25% sustin ca se simt ca bolnavi daca nu se logeaza la facebook cu rregularitate.
