GQ:Stuff We Like: FEIT Spring 2012 Hand Sewn Reconnaissance Collection

FEIT3.jpg
There are shoes, and then there are shoes: handmade show-stoppers that have you basically traipsing around town in art. FEIT's rollout for next spring features a unique construction process that goes something like this: shoe-mad-scientist combines the heel of a hand sewn moccasin with the finishing techniques of a traditional sneaker, tosses in a sprinkle of desert boot, hits the certificate of authenticity (below) with his John Hancock, and BAM: our favorite model, the Stitchdown. FEIT usually only rolls online, as far as availability, but this collection is going to be up for grabs at the retail level for the first time. The brains behind FEIT? Tull Price (creative director of Rag & Bone footwear), and his brother Josh. Not a bad pedigree.
